Setpoint22 are continuing our long history of investing in the future with apprenticeships.
We’ve recently welcomed 2 apprentice engineers working from our Northern Office, Jake & Luke. Working closely alongside the senior engineers in their region, they are gaining lots of practical experience whilst also attending college 1 day a week to achieve their qualification.
In a relatively short time, they have proved very popular with both staff and customers and are showing huge potential. We’re excited to see them continue to go from strength to strength and progress through the ranks!
In the office Matt is studying towards his Level 3 BTEC qualification in Building Services. He is working alongside and assisting the senior Sales Team learning the day-to-day side of the job, making sure he has all the knowledge and skills necessary to step up to the next level.
