Luke joined Setpoint22 in 2018 and has done it all as an engineer, installation, service and maintenance. From 2024 he moves into the office for the next phase in his career as Service Support Engineer.
Applying his practical knowledge to assist in the day to day running of the Service Department, co-ordinating jobs, offering technical support to engineers on site and providing quotes to customers.
Following successful completion of his IOSH course at the end of 2023, Luke is also responsible for making sure H&S requirements are met for each relevant site.
